[pkg-bioc] wiki directions/script needs to be adjusted for recent changes in bioc website

Hi Yaroslav,

you are right, the paths have changed upstream and (sadly) the pages have 
changed their format, too, with some information no longer available on that 
single page as it is still for CRAN. It is not overly difficult to get it 
fixed but it takes some time.

I better stop making promises about when I'll probably have time for it. It 
was not between the years as hoped.
