* complete the search for package : the package need to match $p_*.deb if not
  we are not getting the right package for affy.
* added the output of the sudo command in the debug mode.
* added some build dependancies for affyQCReport, AmpAffyExample : not the right
  solution, as we need to be more robust, but just a dirty fix.
