* Check that the .tar.gz is not null
* added the autoextraction of the DESCRIPTION file in the sources/Description,
  a la CRAN with the loading of the DESCRIPTION for a better dependancies. 
  (try to depreciate the manual @depend* variale to the strict minimun.)
