[pkg-bioc] paper seems fine, except ...

Hi Dirk et al.,

the paper is fine, except that I could not find the \footnote{To whom 
correspondence should be addressed: edd at ...} Amazing that none of us spotted 
that before.

The qtimes.sty that I downloaded from the web (first google hit) cannot 
provide slanted or bold fonts ... this is my interpretation at least.  It 
looks on my machine far better with the qtimes commented out or by using 
times instead.  Now, this is an issue with _my_ setup, I was only afraid that 
the organisers might run into similar issues. "apt-cache search qtimes" does 
not return anything. What should I install instead? And, should it be worth a 
comment in the .tex source?

On a sidenote: I just received about 20 mails from the list in one chunk, 
between a day and two days old, due to some semi-disturbing work on the mail 
servers and internet connections. It should be repared now as it seems, but 
who knows.
