I think we can wait until we start packaging them. Packaging CPU
mining tools probably isn't a good use of time. cgminer depends some
closed source code but could be interesting to package, although it
will be contrib. You might as well do bfgminer too since they are
similar. If you want to get started on packaging it, feel free to work
on it in a pkg-bitcoin repo.
