Dear Maintainer,

    electrum fails to launch from terminal, throwing the following exception:

   username at hostname:~$ electrum

    I would expect electrum to launch. I do not know how to fix this. It works on my other Debian testing machine.

    This machine is almost pure testing; i have texlive and julia installed from sid.
