[Pkg-bitcoin-devel] Bug#724792: electrum does not have python-qt4 as dependency

Dear Maintainer,

# aptitude install electrum
installs electrum but does not install python-qt4 which should be a
dependency.

electrum thus fails to start. Installing python-qt4 fixes the problem.
