Ubuntu doesn't really have a strict set of maintainers for a package
witness the changelog at:
http://changelogs.ubuntu.com/changelogs/pool/main/b/blender/blender_2.41-1ubuntu5/changelog

If the edgy version has anything worth merging, I'm in favour of doing
that, but I don't know how to interact with Ubuntu blender packages on a
structurual basis. Any ideas on that?
