Blender fails to start, with this error message:

blender-bin: error while loading shared libraries:
libgettextlib-0.14.6.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or
directory

This is due to a missing dependency on "gettext", which previous
versions of blender had as a dependency, but this has gone missing in
the latest version.
