[Pkg-blender-maintainers] Bug#323527: Use of openal

The current blender packaging doesn't make use of openal anymore at
all (use_openal = 'false' in SConstruct, not being patched anymore).
This seems to have stopped with 2.37a-1, for reasons I don't understand
yet.
So for now, the libopenal Build-Depends is basically superfluous.

Masayuki, any input please?
