Yes, I agree, go uploading to unstable.
Having some breakage in unstable is almost a pleasure after a quite long
freeze time :)

Yes CVS is still fine for blender packaging, maybe we can switch to svn
when also blender itself will do the switch, and we would motivate the
change (to ourselves) with a (fake) "coerence" argument :)

I've been  bit busy, but I'll try to enforce some communication toward
upstream before I will get flooded again by exams (in june...)
They are approaching a 2.44 release in two month or so, and then we
should try to make them accept as many patches as possible.
Anyone has started to report bugs and patches already?
