[Pkg-blender-maintainers] Prospective 2.43~rc1 package

Hi,

as promised in my previous mail, I had a quick look at packaging
2.43~rc1[1]. There is no particular CVS revision nor tag, since there
are different revisions for each platform, and since the CVS is almost
frozen, only bugfixes should occur between the `real' rc1 and the
snapshot I used.

I've not tested this version intensively yet, since it's exam-time right
now; but this package is at least known to build from source on i386 and
on amd64 (not tested in pbuilder but tested in clean chroots). Basic
mesh editing (e.g. extrusion, subsurfing, and new features like
multires) is known to work. A TODO list is enclosed in the Debian
changelog.
