[Pkg-bluetooth-maintainers] Bug#499529: Additional patches

Starting with Martin and Jason's patches, I gave the latest bluez-4.22 package 
a try.  I believe the following patches complete it (i.e., works for me :)).

The only technical one I'm not sure of is "0001-Drop-amd64-library-paths-
patch...".  It may be when starting from the upstream tar ball, as apposed to 
starting by pulling the upstream git repository and running "./bootstrap" as I 
did, the provided configure script is still wrong and needs to be patched.

The Debian change log also might need some attention.  I just went with the 
one the git-dch generated for me, but lintian complained about NMU style.  
While on the subject of lintian, it also complained about the following, 
which, while not the fault of my patches, maybe should be looked at as well.

E: bluez-utils: maintainer-script-uses-dpkg-status-directly preinst
E: bluez-utils: postrm-does-not-call-updaterc.d-for-init.d-script 
/etc/init.d/bluetooth
E: bluez-utils: init.d-script-does-not-implement-required-option 
/etc/init.d/bluetooth restart
E: bluez-utils: init.d-script-does-not-implement-required-option 
/etc/init.d/bluetooth force-reload
E: bluetooth: description-starts-with-package-name

(plus various warning about the spelling of dependancies at whatnot)

I've placed the resulting amd64 packages (and dsc and so on) at

if anyone wants to try them out without having to do patching and building.

PS:  It is also worth noting that I was finding the 3.x series, after the auth 
and encrypt options were dropped from hcid.conf, automatically connect back up 
to devices previously paired in encrypted mode in non-encrypted mode.

I would imagine some people are happily typing in passwords and such over 
unencrypted bluetooth that they think is secure due to this little feature.
