[Pkg-bluetooth-maintainers] Bug#508426: [bluez-utils] doesn't work after hibernate/resume (needs restart)

I frequently use the hibernate function on my laptop, but resume the bluetooth service needs a
restart in order to work properly. Also note that this also breaks gnome-bluetooth's
/usr/bin/gnome-obex-server which needs a restart also since it doesn't connect to the new instances
of the bluetooth infrastructure.
