[pkg-boost-devel] Bug#892796: boost1.62: please backport patches from smart_ptr PR/47 for mips r6

mips r6 changes encoding of some insn, include ll/sc,
if we .set mips2, it will generate old encodings for them.

So we shouldn't use `.set mips2' for r6.
