Hi.

Just a few words as an introduction (Debian related).

I'm a long time debian user, and more recent contributor as a maintainer
of several packages (but no DD nor any other Debian official status).

I'm interested in packaging stuff that may be helpful for the PicoForge
project [0] mainly. This includes lots of things mainly related to web
applications like phpGroupware, Sympa and TWiki.

This has lead me to becoming co-maintainer of phpGroupware in Debian,
and (soon, I hope) maintainer of twiki-ldapcontrib (more details in
[1]).
I'm also trying to help maintaining sympa and twiki in good shape in
Debian, although that's not an official co-maintenance at the moment.

Concerning CAS, we're investigating its use as a SSO solution for
PicoForge, so I'm trying and test the various bits necessary for :
      * Sympa (internal mechanism already in Debian : cool ;-)),
      * TWiki, which needs a complementary CasLoginContrib module I
helped to "package" upstream, and which may hopefully make its
way to Debian soon (as twiki-caslogincontrib), which depends
also on the AuthCAS Perl module (hence libauthcas-perl
packaging). It would be interfaced with the LdapContrib TWiki
        module too, btw.
      * phpGroupware for which I'm testing a new CAS-based login module,
which would use phpCAS (hence interest in doing something named
        "libcas-php" probably).

Of course, the availability of a CAS server would be great too for us...
although we may rely on external CAS servers not installed on Debian
systems.
We may also need an apache auth module so I'm interested in
libapache2-mod-auth-cas too obviously ;)

That's all I think of at the moment, and for the rest, my blog tells you
all other necessary bits ([2]).

Ah, also, I tried and document some of this in
http://wiki.debian.org/Teams/DebianCASPackaging of course.

Best regards,
