[Pkg-chromium-maint] Bug#852398: Updated 56.0.2924.76-5 still contains bug

I am using Debian Stretch. I had noticed this bug on Chromium for the past
few weeks or so and had therefore been refusing to update it. Listbug did
not show the bug for the past day or two so today I decided to update
Chromium.

When I updated and ran chromium, I was no longer able to install extensions
or apps, with the message "Installation is not enabled" being the only hint
of what happened.

I found a workaround on Google's product forums, where i added
CHROMIUM_FLAGS='--enable-remote-extensions' to default-flags in chromium.d
in /etc. and it restored my ability to install extensions and apps.
