[pkg-cinnamon] Bug#818086: [STRETCH][CINNAMON] Keyboard stops to work when Caps Lock is not on.

At some moment (cinnamon, lightdm, nvidia graphics driver) my ps/2
keyboard stops to work without caps (cursor just blinks when I press 
some key, but nothing else happens) lock being on (and I can type lowercase
letters when I hold the Shift key). Running xev to debug this doesn't return
any clear info. Also, when I go to tty by ctrl+alt+F2 it ignores the 
caps lock.

I am using Debian Stretch, 4.3.0.1-amd64, nvidia-driver 352.79-4 on msi 
gtx 960 2GB, lightdm 1.16.7-1.
