Iirc it was unset, as to be expected, yes.
(I might have unset it explicitly my self afterwards..)

No, I did not get any warning/error or similar.
This was one of the very first changes I tried to make, so there certainly
was a conflict with the default setting.
If a warning is to be expected when making a conflicting shorctcut, then
that failed to show.
