Bug#655273: clisp: armel doesn't set :ARM in *features*

Package: clisp
Version: 1:2.49-8
Severity: normal

On other architectures, clisp sets a *features* flag indicating the
architecture. It seems other tools, such as swank, are expecing
:ARM to be set in this.
