[Pkg-cups-devel] Bug#340975: Confirm the bug and work-around

I can confirm that when trying to install cupsys 1.2.23-13 this
problem still occurs, and the work around by Chris also works.

dpkg -D12 -i cupsys... gave me the folllowing

D000010: ensure_pathname_nonexisting `//etc/cups/certs.dpkg-tmp'
D000010: ensure_pathname_nonexisting `//etc/cups/pdftops.conf.dpkg-tmp'
D000010: ensure_pathname_nonexisting `/var/lib/dpkg/tmp.ci'
D000010: ensure_pathname_nonexisting running rm -rf
D000010: ensure_pathname_nonexisting `/var/lib/dpkg/reassemble.deb'
Setting up cupsys (1.1.23-13) ...
D000002: fork/exec /var/lib/dpkg/info/cupsys.postinst ( configure
1.1.23-12 )
Starting Common Unix Printing System: cupsd.

Before the List->Port change it stopped forever on
the fork/exec line
