[Pkg-cups-devel] Moved CUPS packaging to Git

Checked out now. However, this doesn't seem to be the standard
git-buildpackage layout, with "upstream" and "pristine-tar" branches.
bzr-buildpackage works fine with a debian/ only branch, but
git-buildpackage isn't designed for that. How do you build source and
binary packages in a build tree now without going insane? I think if
you want to switch to git, it should be done the whole way, with
git-import-orig and pristine-tar.
