I will hold the experimental release for a few more days for that to get a
bit cleaned up.  Then, please make another alioth release and I will upload
that.

Announcements could be made to alioth, and to people in the bug reports that
asked for new cyrus.   When it gets to unstable, THEN we announce on
info-cyrus and d-user :-)
