Well, now that we're in testing (hu-rah!), we are eligible to have cyrus 
2.2 hosted on backports.org. I talked to nobse earlier, and he said 
there shouldn't be a problem with it. Henrique: you're apparently 
already in the key, so if we decide to go ahead and upload, can you do 
that for us?
Everyone else: Should we upload to backports.org? I see no reason not 
to, and it's very obvious why we should, so I vote yes.
