Cyrus 2.1 and 2.2 init scripts

It should *not* take them, but that's under dpkg control.  Here's what I
suggest: make a copy of /etc/cyrus.conf and imapd.conf, and do the purge.
Make *extremely* sure to say "NO" to the "purge spools" stuff, because THAT
could well erase your cyrus 2.2 data!

Before you do any of that, which version of the cyrus 2.1 and 2.2 packages
do you have in your system?
