Cyrus 2.1 and 2.2 init scripts

That worked out OK, but the purge deleted some key files under /var/run.
I just sent in a report as a followup to my bug on this topic, #393596.

I already got rid of cyrus 2.1; from my logs it appears it was 2.1.18-3.
For 2.2 I'm now at 2.2.13-7.
