Configurable IDLE method for 2.3

This is indeed good news. And I can confirm that new mail detection in
IDLE mode with cyrus imapd 2.3.7 (the package I contributed) works
perfectly out of the box for both Outlook & Thunderbird clients. Whereas
in cyrus imapd 2.2.13-10 with "idlemethod: poll", my mail server never
signals me new emails right away :)

When I deleted the idle patch during the packaging of 2.3.7 I was
worried it may be a regression in the configurability of the program,
now I feel reassured.
