I will need Cyrus 2.3 in production where I work, so I probably will be able
to hit the road back into active maintainership and help you with that.

But I still think we should *ASK* the openldap people why they switched to
4.7.  If the answer is "because it is better than the others", we should
switch.  If it is "to find bugs earlier", we probably shouldn't.

The other problem to keep in mind is that we have to do a full API check
when switching from a BDB version to another if Cyrus upstream didn't do
that yet...
