Can we flesh out the migration requirements a bit? 

1) Are we only interested in upgrading the mailstore to work with 2.3,
and not add any extra function or making mailstore layout alterations.

2) Can we assume that the mailstore has been backed up?  (So we don't
need to keep copies of indexes caches and other databases that need to
be converted.)

3) Can we patch the existing cyrus (2.2 series) upgrade scripts to make
them work with 2.3 as well?
