Package: libdb4.3++-dev
Version: 4.3.21-2
Severity: important

dselect has a dependency problem with this package.

Depends: libdb4.3++ (= 4.3.21-2), libdb4.2-dev (= 4.3.21-2)

libdb4.2-dev = 4.3.21-2 ?  Looks like a typo.

Furthermore, libdb4.2-dev conflicts with libdb-4.3-dev, which I assume
is the real one required by libdb4.3++-dev.

This prevents the installation of libdb4.3++-dev.

Additionally, I don't know if this is the right packacge, but shouldn't
multiple versions of libdb*-dev be able to coexist independently? Some
programs seem to require 4.2 or 4.1, and if I want to rebuild them from
source, I can't, unless I uninstall one package and install another.
Could you advise me: is this a bug and which package should I report it
against if not this one?
