I am very glad to see you here on the list, and taking this approach to
the suggestion to merge patches from Debian. :)

it links to the git repository where the patches are located in
debian/patches/.

I read this mailing list, but lack the spare time required to make any
significant contribution.  I also hang around on #debian-dkms. :)

(Dropped the bug from the list of recipients, as we no longer discuss
that bug in particular. :)
