[Pkg-dns-devel] knot-resolver packaging cleanup

hey all--
I've just pushed the "package-split" branch to our shared git repository
for knot-resolver:
https://anonscm.debian.org/git/pkg-dns/knot-resolver.git/log/?h=package-split
This does a bunch of fairly boring packaging cleanup work.
the biggest change is that it splits out the libkres library from the
main knot-resolver package, creating two new packages:
* libkres4 (containing libkres.so.4)
* libkres-dev (containing header files, pkg-config, etc)
I think this is a positive step, as it will make it easier for other
people to build against libkres within debian (without necessarily
installing the full knot-resolver daemon).
I'm considering uploading this to unstable. Are there any objections to
such a change? Any reason we should avoid splitting out the library?
