I just realized that this is going to need to get through NEW.  So i've
gone ahead and uploaded it as 1.5.0-5, but to experimental, rather than
to unstable.

Hopefully that helps parallelize the waiting time (discussion here + any
delay incurred by the ftp-team), while also giving folks a chance to try
the packaging from experimental directly. once it makes it past the FTP
team.

If you think there's something terribly wrong with this approach, let me
know and i'll ask for it to be removed from the NEW queue.
