Which algorithms?  For DNSSEC?  for TLS?  Whose API?  libknot?  or
libkres?  What are the consequences of sticking with hardcoded
algorithms?  What algorithms are hardcoded if we stick with
LIBKNOT_MINVER?

Is there any reason why we should be concerned about sticking with the
hardcoded algorithms for stretch-backports?
