I'm currently leaning towards the Debian group (successor of
collab-maint on salsa) as well. On salsa only DDs have write access to
all repositories in that group (guests need to be added explicitly on
repository level), in contrast to alioth where guests added to
collab-maint had write access to all repositories in collab-maint.
