Personally, I would prefer a separate group where we add whole collab-maint 
group with Developer access, but we keep the Master/Owner access level to 
smaller group. That would allow us to control things like force pushes to 
people who regularly take care about the packages.

While I have a high level of trust for the NM process, I believe it's 
better to have an option for fine-grained access.

I haven't looked at salsa.debian.org yet though, as spending time with 
family during the holidays was more fun ;)
