This fork is a great piece of news!
I hope this will make DSPAM (or whatever name you will give to the fork)
live again

I am ready to work on the Debian packaging. I am Debian Maintainer, and
hence know this quite well, and have already worked on packaging DSPAM
in the past. I also CC Stefan and Jason who have helped me a lot in this
task, they might be interested in forming an unofficial Debian packaging
team.

I also CC official Dspam packages maintainers as I am pretty sure they
will be interested in updating their packages, or at least follow the
development of the fork.
