[eclipse-maintainers] Eclipse 3.0 Packages

Well, I made em. They *work*. That is to say, they require being built
with an non-Free JVM. I have code in the rules file to build with
Jikes/Kaffe and then rebuild Eclipse with it's own JDT... however both
throw a bunch of syntax errors: JLS compliance it looks like. Probably
nothing a few patches can't fix.

Either way, I'd be happy to continue to work no these packages and
maintain them. I am not a d-d, so I cannot upload.

First thing: did anybody else make their own packages?
Second thing: if not, we should get these into SVN (and somebody could
add me to pkg-eclipse group!)
