[eclipse-maintainers] Eclipse 3.0 Packages

Also, having a second project just for Eclipse ... might be a little
redundent. Eclipse only has... one package? All the skills sets to
maintain it are shared with pkg-java.

It seems like we are going to be relying on a lot of stuff in pkg-java:
tomcat, ant, etc... Should I just get these put there?
