[pkg-eucalyptus-maintainers] Eucalyptus packaging work distribution among ourselves?!?

Hello,

I see three parallel challenges:
 a) get Rudy's developments into the next releaeses of various upstream
source trees
 b) redo the packaging for Eucalyptus
 c) get Eucalyptus upstream to upload their own packages to Debian in a
way that makes sense for them

For a) the best manager is possibly Rudy himself, who is already in
contact with Graziano from Eucalyptus who then again will know about the
person to contact about integrating Rudy's changes with their source
tree and a timely window for it.

For b) the best person is possibly Rudy again, since he was the last
person to build everything from  scratch among us, I presume. And he
knows about all the interdependencies etc ... but Charles now does good
things and Rudy is already busy with a). Rudy and Charles, could you
please come up with a list of things to do? And this also means things
for me to do? I'd then go and transform our local Eucalyptus install
from from 1.6 to 2.x.

For c) it is just Graziano, I presume.
