Hi Emmanuel,

The migration of libxml-security-java is held up by wss4j, which FTBFS
with the newer libxml-security-java version.  I haven't determined yet
if newer versions of wss4j (either 1.5.12 or 1.6.10) build against the
latest libxml-security-java, or what that means for eucalyptus, but
that's the next step.
