wss4j 1.6.5 was the first release to depend on xmlsec 1.5.x. The upgrade
to wss4j 1.6.x doesn't look trivial [1], it would be better handled
upstream. In the meantime I suggest introducing a
libxml-security-1.5-java package to preserve the compatibility.
