I think the problem is present in testing only. The instructions to
reproduce are simple, ask evolution to sign without having a private
key for that address or try to encrypt for somedoby not in the
pubring.

I still can reproduce it in 2.6.2-4, I just upgraded to 2.6.3-1 and
the problem was gone. I don't know if this was a coincidence or not.
