[Evolution] Debian Testing Evolution Evolution-Exchange

Hello, I'm currently running Debian testing (etch) with Evolution and
Evolution Exchange from the Debian repository.  Everytime I try to start
evolution, it starts, but cannot authenticate to my exchange server.  It
appears that it's not even sending an authentication request to the exchange
server.  I'm getting an error below, but unfortunately I cannot understand
what it means or how to fix it.  I googled it and the hits I kept getting
were always referring to much older versions of evolution.  Is there
anything you all can do to help?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
