[Evolution] Bug#445044: evolution: Ctrl+Alt+S overloads Window Manager mapping. Ctrl+S works just fine.

Package: evolution
Version: 2.12.0-1

Please describe the problem:
Traditionally, Ctrl+Alt keyboard combinations were reserved for window
managers. E.g., Enlightenment uses Ctrl+Alt+S to set a window "sticky"
so it stays on all desktops. I use that feature all the time to move
windows to different desktops.

Given that Ctrl+S is the documented "save this message" shortcut, please
eliminate the Ctrl+Alt+S mapping.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Doubleclick on an email in your Inbox to open it in its own window.
2. In that window, type Ctrl+Alt+S. Notice it does the same thing as
Ctrl+S. Notice that Ctrl+S is what is documented in the 'File' section
of the toolbar.

Expected results:
I would expect all Ctrl+Alt keyboard combinations to be Window Manager
and/or X keyboard mappings.

I think this may be a Debian-specific bug.
