[Evolution] Bug#586302: evolution-addressbook-export no longer included

With the migration of evolution 2.30 to testing, I can no longer
automatically backup my addressbook to vCard files because the
evolution-addressbook-export program was removed. Please either re-add
it. If it has migrated to e-d-s (cf #426378) but not added to the e-d-s
binary package, please reassign this bug there. I definitely do not
trust libdb with my contacts so I really need this functionality back.
