Upstream doesn't ship e-a-e in /usr/bin (and never did). The interface
is not guaranteed to be stable and it shouldn't be called directly, so
we stopped shipping it in /usr/bin too. But the binary is still there
for you to use (at your own risk) in /usr/lib/evolution/2.30
