[Pkg-exppsy-maintainers] Bug#520732: needs to change Build-Dependency from libode0-dev to libode-dev

Howdy Yarik:

This looks great.  I looked at the changes to the Makefiles and
setup.py files and I think they will be just fine on OSX, but I will
have them check specifically as they make the OSX installs.
