Sorry about the bug, I'll fix this in sid soon.

dirsrv-admin shouldn't run after install, because it needs to be set up
with setup-ds-admin. The postinst just needs to be fixed so that it
doesn't fail if the service doesn't start.

Not sure how the mpm_worker module is a problem, since this would be a
separate daemon anyway.
