Well the dirsrv-admin service does nothing else than handing another
configuration to apache2. At least it seems to be so because the config in
/etc/apache2 is still being applied and the httpd.conf used by dirsrv-admin
tries to enable the mpm_worker module which clashes with mpm_event.
Without diasbling it the configcheck doesn't succeed. At least on Stretch
